Amdox Demonstrates Full AI Education Ecosystem at Jakarta K-12 Leadership Seminar

On the morning of July 22, thirty K-12 school principals, curriculum directors, and technology coordinators gathered at BINUS University’s Alam Sutera campus for “Technology Integration in Modern Learning” — a hands-on seminar hosted by Amdox in partnership with Sokrates Empowering School and BINUS University. Three hours later, they left with a 30-day implementation blueprint and a fundamentally different picture of what their classrooms can become.

The event was was built around a single argument: that Indonesia’s schools do not have a hardware problem. They have a system problem.

Two hardware series. One ecosystem.

Live demonstrations featured two Amdox hardware lines — the AmdoxS4 and AmdoxES interactive flat panels — facilitated by Dr. Sunardi S.Kom., M.M.S.I., Associate Professor at BINUS University and Director of Sunedu.id, Indonesia’s Moodle Certified Partner. The panels were the starting point. The demonstration was built around what runs on top of them.

Amdox presented its full education ecosystem through the NRE framework: AI-Native, AI-Ready, AI-Enhanced— three interdependent layers that define how a school moves from basic digital infrastructure to a fully AI-integrated teaching environment.

AI-Native is where Cube, Amdox’s AI teaching agent, operates. Cube Work automates lesson preparation, generates grading feedback, and handles reporting for teachers. Cube Learn delivers personalized tutoring, homework coaching, and subject support for students. Together, they shift the role of AI from a tool teachers manage to a collaborator teachers direct.

AI-Ready begins with Amdox AiBox, a local compute node that gives classrooms on-premise processing power, secure storage, and centralized device management. It is the infrastructure layer that makes everything else stable — without dependency on cloud connectivity that schools cannot always guarantee.

AI-Enhanced is where existing teaching workflows gain intelligence at the point of use. Across LMS, IWB, PanoSight, XClass, SyncLedge, PanoMatric, EDC, and DMS, AI capability is embedded inside the tools teachers and administrators already use — for lesson delivery, homework grading, classroom analysis, video distribution, and device control — without requiring teachers to change how they work.

Inside the room

Attendees moved through four structured phases: a problem-framing session grounded in Indonesia’s classroom reality, a live pedagogical demonstration using the TPACK framework, a hands-on Experience Zone with both AmdoxS4 and AmdoxES series running the full software stack, and a closing implementation session where participants worked through their school-specific roadmap. The session’s framing aligned directly with Indonesia’s Kurikulum Merdeka — a national curriculum framework built on adaptive, student-centered learning outcomes.

Looking ahead

Amdox thanks Sokrates Empowering School and BINUS University for their partnership in making this event possible.
